• How secure is your storage facility?

  In N Out Storage complies with the fire regulations of Hong Kong Fire Services Department. Fire doors and brick walls are fire resistant for 1 hour with an official fire test certificate. Furthermore, our facilities is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, ensuring your belongings are well protected in our climate-controlled (20 ° C) and humidity controlled (60%) facility.   After renting the storage, you are free to upgrde your stroage to bigger size storage and pay the price difference. Meanwhile, if you would like to change to a smaller storage, the remining prepaid fee will be settled by extending the contract period.

• Does the storage facility comply with fire regulations?

  Our storage facilities are designed to comply with the latest Hong Kong Fire Services Department ’s regulations for mini warehouse fire protection. 1 Hour Fireproof brick walls are used for each compartments. Fire-resistant equipment such as fire resistant door, rescue window, water sprinkler and fire extinguisher are installed in each storage facility. Furthermore, the Hong Kong Fire Services Department has issued a certificate to In N Out Storage for complying with fire regulations.

• When will the deposit return to me?

  The storage deposit will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer within 15 working days after the storage unit is cleared and the termination form is filled out and returned to our customer service team.

  All storage facilities and branches of In N Out Storage comply with the fire regulations for storage approved by the Hong Kong Fire Services Department.

  If you visit a storage and notice insufficient windows or do not see large glass windows, it is likely that the storage branch does not comply with the latest fire safety regulations, so be sure to take note of this!

  No, according to fire safety regulations, the items placed by customers must be at least 1 meter away from the ceiling. The tops of the storage units at In N Out Storage are maintained at a distance of 1 meter from the ceiling. Therefore, if you place items on top of the storage unit, the distance between the items and the ceiling will definitely not meet the 1-meter requirement, thus violating fire safety regulations. As a result, In N Out Storage strictly prohibits customers from placing items on top of the storage units.
