We offer a variety of self storage units in different sizes to meet the diverse needs of our customers. All our facilities comply with fire safety regulations, ensuring they are secure and reliable. Our services include self storage, wine storage, document storage, and mailbox rentals. We are committed to providing ideal storage solutions and will continue to reward our customers' trust with sincere, high-quality, and caring service.
Mission & Vision
Founder
Jun Jun Lau is the founder of In N Out. She graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies, and a minor in Business and Art History. She also attended Tsinghua University in Beijing and an unfinished Juris Doctor postgraduate degree in Hong Kong. After working at Deloitte Consulting Hong Kong Limited for one year, she founded her own company, In N Out Storage, in 2016. Given the limited living space in Hong Kong, Jun Jun has developed an expertise in leasing and adding value to under-developed property spaces. She was awarded the "Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Youth Entrepreneurs" award and the "Greater Bay Area Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs Best Entrepreneurship Award" for her ability to develop In N Out from zero to one, and her perseverance to weather the challenges in her entrepreneurial journey.
Outside of work, Jun Jun is active in football and was a member of the Hong Kong National Women's Football Team. In addition, she is a horse owner who has a passion for horseracing, as well as a philanthropist who is dedicated to helping the ones most in need. As an inspiring entrepreneur of the future, Jun Jun is committed to growing the In N Out Group and giving back to society.
