New customers who prepay for a minimum of 12 months are eligible for 1 hour of free moving services .  

Remarks:  
1. Each item must not exceed 20kg.
2. Additional charges will apply for overweight items or locations with stairs. 
3. Transportation fees are to be paid directly to the driver based on actual costs.
