• How to reserve a wine cellar?

  Customers can reserve their wine cellar units on our website by clicking "Rent Now". Select the wine cellar unit size you would like to reserve. The wine cellar units can be reserved for 24 hours free of charge. You are encouraged to make a site visit at our facility after you reserve the storage unit and to register and make payment upon your confirmation. Also, you can call 2580 2088 or Whatsapp 9275 8858 to reserve a wine cellar unit or make an appointment for site visit.

• How long can I rent a wine cellar?

  Customers may choose the rental period suitable to their needs. The minimum rental period is one month and the maximum rental period is 12 months.

• Will you provide material for my wines?

  Material is provided for customers such as bottle rack, case shelves etc.. Customers can purchase the material online or at our store.

• How secure is your wine cellar facility?

  In N Out Wine Cellar is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, ensuring your wine are well protected in our climate-controlled (12-16 °C) and humidity controlled (60%-70%) facility. Equipped with 24-hour high-definition CCTV system, smart cards and face-recognition are required for access, and strict security system is in place.

• What kind of items can be stored?

• What are the opening time of your wine cellar facilities ?

  In N Out Wine Cellar are 24 hours freely accessible with smart cards and face-recognition system. Customer service office hours are from 10 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday.

• How do I make payment?

  We provide a variety of payment methods such as: cash, credit card, cheque, bank transfer, EPS, Payme, Alipay, Wechat Pay and PPS.

• When will you start charging the rental of wine cellar?

  The storage lease period refers to the day when the storage unit is officially used. Customers can choose any one day as the lease start date within two weeks after signing the agreement.

• What is the procedure in renting a wine cellar?

  Customer can select a suitable size of wine cellar, then contact our staff or select the wine cellar in person. After confirmation, you have to sign the agreement. You can use the cellar at any time after the payment is settled.

• What do I need to bring when I register to rent a wine cellar?

  For individual registration, please bring along your identification card and address proof. The address proof should be valid within past 3 months of rental commencement date. For company registration, please provide a copy of your business registration and bring along company chop during. The business registration should be valid within past 3 months of rental commencement date.

• How can I apply for renewal when the wine cellar contract expires?

  If you would like to renew storage services with In N Out Storage, you should complete the renewal formalities and storage fee on or before your storage service expiry date. We provide various payment method such as cash, cheque, bank transfer, EPS, Mastercard, Visa, PPS, Alipay and WeChat pay. storage. The renewal formalities can be processed online or in-person at our storage facility in 5/F, Shing Dao Industrial Building.

• If I terminate the use the wine cellar earlier than the committed period, can I refund the rental fee?

  If you decide to terminate your wine cellar before service expiration date, all prepaid fees cannot be refunded except for the deposit.

• If I rented a wine cellar and would like to change to different sizes. What should I do?

  After renting the wine cellar, you are free to upgrde your unit to bigger size unit and pay the price difference. Meanwhile, if you would like to change to a smaller unit, the remining prepaid fee will be settled by extending the contract period.

• When will the deposit return to me?

  The storage deposit will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer within 15 working days after the storage unit is cleared and the termination form is filled out and returned to our customer service team.

• Can I rent/renew/terminate a wine cellar without going to office?

  Yes, you can visit our official website to inspect our wine cellar through photos. This can save your time from having to visit the facility in person. After you have decided to rent a wine cellar, please contact the customer service staff by email, phone or Whatsapp, and make payment online. To terminate the wine cellar, you can simply fill in the termination form and return to our customer service staff or Whatsapp to us.
